Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Sample Approval Policy (Very Important)
For most customized printing orders, we provide a physical or digital sample.
An advance payment is required to create the sample.
The sample is shared to ensure design, color, print quality, and material meet your expectations.
Once the sample is approved by the customer, we proceed with bulk production.
⚠️ After sample approval, the order becomes final and non-refundable.
No refunds will be issued for:
Design changes requested after approval
Color variation within industry-accepted tolerance
Change of mind after production starts
2. Returns for Defective & Non-Defective Products
✅ Accepted Returns
We accept returns only in the following cases:
Printing defects not present in the approved sample
Physical damage during production or delivery
Manufacturing errors caused by us
❌ Not Accepted
Returns are not accepted for:
Issues that were already visible or approved in the sample
Customer-provided design errors (spelling, logo quality, alignment)
Color differences due to screen vs print variations
Change of requirement after production
3. Exchange Policy
We accept exchanges for defective or damaged products.
If a printing or material issue is confirmed from our side, we will:
Reprint the affected items OR
Replace the products at no additional cost
❌ Refunds are not provided for approved and produced custom orders.
4. Inspection & Reporting Timeline
Customers must inspect the order within 48 hours of delivery.
Any issue must be reported with clear photos or videos.
Claims raised after 48 hours may not be accepted.
